Order Processing

Please allow 2 days to process your order. Expect an email when your order ships, to let you know it's on the way! 

Local Pickup

We offer free pickup in store in Berowra NSW. During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local pickup is available for addresses in Sydney. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, please call 0417 652 683 to arrange pickup. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

Free Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Orders are shipped free of charge using Australia Post's standard delivery. For urgent orders or expedited delivery, please contact us.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select overseas destinations including Canada, UK & US, at a flat rate of $20 via Australia Post International. Wholesale Orders

For large retail or wholesale orders, please email us at admin@boxheadplastics.com to arrange invoicing and shipping quote.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, subject to the terms in our Returns & Exchanges policy.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at admin@boxheadplastics.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
